Designation – Delivery/Project/Operation manager
Skills required: This candidate must demonstrate an advanced mix of skills in project management and technology. The role requires both deep project management and Microsoft infrastructure product implementations experience. This candidate will have the knowledge and ability to facilitate the deployment of Microsoft infrastructure technologies like Lync, Exchange and share point.
Total Work Exp: 7-8 year in ITES industry on Microsoft Exchange, Lync & share point
Relevant Experience: 2-4 yearson project planning, management, delivery and post sales supportin Microsoft Unified Communications (Lync 2010/2013, Exchange 2010/2013, O365 & Lync online). 
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the company managing their in house Implementation & support team and developing and a growing Microsoft Unified Communications practice. 
Dimensions / Scope of Role:looking for individuals with enterprise-level technical and consulting skills  in Microsoft Project and deep knowledge and hands-on experience in the following technologies: • Networking: Solid understanding of Dedicated & MPLS Data Circuits, VPNs, Firewalls, TCP Ports, F5’s, & Troubleshooting network slowdowns and IP port problems • Authorization & Authentication: Active Directory Forests, Active Directory Federation Services, Security Permissions & Authentication, Certificates, Tenants, & Interworking of DNS record types • Mail Migrations 50K+: Exchange, Public Folders, Group Calendars, Delegates, Blackberry, Lotus Notes, GroupWise, LDAP structures and migration techniques (Binary Tree, Quest, Messaging Architects, Migration Wiz, etc.) • Optional - Other MS  Platforms: MS Lync Communications, SharePoint Administration & Implementation • Optional - Base Servers: Windows Server Hardware Architecture, Multiple SAN types, PowerShell Scripting & Problem management, Troubleshooting, & Cleanup
AdditionalRoles &Responsibilities: 
Developing the project plan-Defining a proper project life cycle/flow of a project; Defining project activity and respective schedule; Highlighting all the resource responsibility required to be carried by client in each stage of project; Identify and specify project's exclusions; This should include a logical framework of outcomes, activities and indicators.
Developing & Managing the project team-Ensure Technical & project delivery skill readiness of team to meet business objective; Together with the Practice manager prepare a jointly agreed development plan; Identify key areas which will assist in personal and professional development of team; Contribute to an internal knowledge base; including the development of  an internal performance review & improvement policy; Defining & replicating best practice in terms of solution delivery; passing on project deliverables to team; assist team in critical project elements; ordinate with different OEM's and vendors for any support required; assess and review each phase of project with team
Managing the project stakeholders-" Coordinate contact between Client, project partners and other stakeholders
Managing the project risk & conflicts-Identify, manage and notify the Head of the practice with any risks to company, partners,client or project; Ensure all the pre-quistes alignment to commence the project; Identify and forecast resource engagement
Managing the project schedule & delivery-Build a  communication method for project updates, overlook the project schedule to meet the timelines; control the project deliverable deviation and align it with change request; track all the phases of project; maintain project progress review session with team & customer
Architecture design validation-Validate the architecture created by Solution & pre-sales team to meet the OEM supported scenarios
Providing Advisory to end customer or Pre-sales team-Extend technical expertise and domain knowledge to support Pre-sales Team or customer on in-depth technology discussion
